Favorite thing about librarianship:

I love sharing my joy of books, of reading with others, especially children and teens. It's something that I enjoy and I want to pass that on.

What is the biggest issue facing libraries today:

Keeping current with technology. It's changing so quickly that we are always playing catch-up.
